Instead of restrictive diets or quick fixes, I support women in understanding the root of their habits, reconnecting with their bodies, and creating sustainable, lasting change.

I’m passionate about helping women over 40 break free from feeling stuck in patterns around food, movement, and self-care—especially when those patterns have been shaped by emotional stress and past experiences. I understand what it feels like to become stuck in emotional eating cycles, feel disconnected from your body, struggle with exhaustion and brain fog, and lose the desire to move, nourish, and care for yourself.

My approach is compassionate, supportive, and faith-based. Instead of focusing on restriction or quick fixes, I help you understand what’s driving your habits, reconnect with your body, and increase vitality in a way that feels sustainable and freeing.

My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional expertise. I'm a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) –certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Over the past decade, I have worked deeply in the fitness industry as a former gym owner, a coach for weight loss and fitness competitors, and even as a professional fitness competitor myself.

I’ve also had the opportunity to serve as a fitness consultant for NBC 12 news in Richmond, VA during a month-long health and wellness segment titled New Year, New You, to encourage viewers to take meaningful steps toward healthier living with movement.

Today, I bring all of that experience together in a very different way than I started. My focus is no longer about pushing harder or chasing extremes—it’s about helping women reconnect with their bodies, understand themselves with more compassion, and create lasting change that actually feels supportive in real life.

Personalized Coaching

Personalized 45-minute coaching sessions designed to support women over 40 in creating a healthier, more balanced relationship with food, movement, and self-care. Using a compassionate, faith-based approach, each session provides a safe and supportive space to explore patterns, build sustainable habits, and reconnect with your body without guilt, shame, or restriction. Together, we focus on practical, lasting changes that support your overall well-being and help you feel more confident and empowered in your daily life.

Wellness Retreats

I host retreats that are thoughtfully created for women over 40 who are ready to break free from patterns shaped by past wounds and step into a life of renewed strength, peace, and purpose. Through a trauma-aware and compassionate approach, each retreat creates a safe and supportive space reflection and personal growth. Guests are guided through meaningful self-discovery experiences that encourage emotional resilience, deeper self-awareness, and authentic connection with others walking a similar path. The retreat experience combines intentional movement, restorative wellness practices, nutritional coaching, and practical lifestyle guidance to support whole-person wellbeing.
